College Ministry Q of the Month: Effextively Reaching More
I am at the AND10 conference at Granger Community Church in Indiana. It has been an amazing conference.
One of the main discussions has been that ministry needs to be both Attractional AND Missional. Listening to all these great speakers I thought of this question or College & Young Adult Ministers.
Since research shows that these young adults want to be apart of a cause or a mission, the question of the month is what & how are you giving your believing young adults a vision for their friends? What are you doing to effectively reach as many people for Christ as possible? You can put on the best programs or personally be investing in them individually, but is there new ways that we can be utilizing fellow students to be reaching their friends?
